**QUESTIONS WE GET**

## asked and answered.

the practical details revenue and growth leaders want before a working conversation.

**01 / BASICS**

## what we do, and why.

starting points for anyone new to SantiXS or to the GTM execution model.

**What do you actually build?**

Three things, and we run all of them.

**Outbound infrastructure.** Targeting, deliverability, multichannel
sequencing, reply handling, reporting. Five links, and it only works end to end.

**Demand generation.** Paid search, paid and organic social, SEO and
AEO, the content engine behind them, and earned media. Plus the site all of it lands
on and the tracking that proves which part produced a conversation.

**SDR leadership.** Interim in the seat, coaching the leader you
already have, or growing your next one.

Most engagements run two of the three at once. Underneath all of them sit the sales
motion and the revenue operations layer, the ICP, the qualification, the CRM, the
routing and the reporting. Those are not separate products you buy. They are what makes
any of the three repeatable, so they get built either way.

**What is GTM execution?**

GTM stands for go-to-market: the combined sales, marketing, and revenue
operations work that moves a product from a buyer's first touch to a closed deal.

Execution means designing and running the systems that produce pipeline and move
deals forward. Most teams have advice on what those systems should do. Few have someone
who'll own building and running them. That's the gap we fill.

**How are you different from consultants who just hand over a slide deck?**

The work doesn't stop at recommendations. Engagements are scoped around real
execution, with clear deliverables and time attached to the work. Sometimes that's a
focused sprint. Other times it's a longer partnership where we stay involved as systems
 take shape.

Strategy and guidance show up inside the work, not as a separate artifact. The goal
is progress you can feel, not a deck you revisit later.

**02 / FIT + SCOPE**

## who we work with, and when.

what has to be true on your side for a paid engagement to make sense.

**What size companies do you typically work with?**

Size is not the filter, and neither is funding stage. Three things have to
be true: someone owns the revenue number and will be in the room, there is a human
on your side who does the follow-up, and the thing that closes a deal is a
 conversation rather than a checkout.

In practice that runs from a Series D SaaS company with twenty SDRs to a
family-owned franchise where the owner is the seller. Revenue stages we have worked
 across: $0 to $1M ARR, $25M to $50M, and $50M to $100M.

What matters more than any of that is why now. The engine that used to work
stopped. An agency is running it for volume and the monthly report looks better
than the pipeline. Someone left and the motion left with them. Revenue is up and
nobody can say what moved it. A new line of business has no demand engine behind
 it.

**We're pre-revenue or early-stage. Can we still work with you?**

Paid engagements are built for B2B teams past MVP and into early revenue, with
product-market fit and the budget to build a repeatable motion. If that's not where you
are yet, the engagement model doesn't fit. The conversation is still open. Early-stage
founders are welcome to book a call. Often the most useful thing is pointing you toward
 what to focus on first.

**Do you do website design or run paid ads as standalone services?**

Not as standalone. We rebuild sites and landing pages as conversion surfaces,
and we run paid search, paid and organic social, and SEO/AEO, but only as part of a
broader GTM execution engagement, tied to a specific motion, ICP and pipeline goal.
We also don't take a percentage of media spend, because that pays us to spend more of
 it.

If you're looking for a standalone brand or website project, or a specialist media
buyer for a channel we don't run, we'll point you to teams who specialize in that.

**03 / ENGAGEMENT**

## how the work actually runs.

how we structure engagements, who we work with on your team, and how coaching fits in.

**Do you work directly with founders, or just their teams?**

Both. We work directly with founders, CROs, RevOps leaders, franchise owners and
agency principals, and we also spend time in the weeds with whoever does the
follow-up, which is sometimes eight SDRs and sometimes the owner.

The goal is alignment. Leadership sets direction, teams execute with clarity, and we
stay involved across both so decisions turn into action.

**Can you train and coach my team?**

Yes. Training and coaching are part of how we make execution work.

In practice, this usually happens alongside active outbound, live accounts, and real
pipeline. Coaching isn't a separate program or workshop. It's embedded in the work as
systems, messaging, and motions are being built or adjusted.

The focus is on helping reps understand what's changing, apply it immediately, and
build confidence through real execution. That's what makes coaching stick and
 performance improve.

**Can you provide or run an outsourced team?**

Yes, when it makes sense.

In some engagements, execution requires additional capacity beyond the core team. In
those cases, we source and run outsourced operators through trusted partners while
staying accountable for direction, quality, and results.

The team structure follows the execution need. Our role stays the same: make sure the
work is clear, coordinated, and producing real output.

**Do you work on-site or remote?**

Most engagements are remote. That's where day-to-day execution happens and
where we can stay closely involved without slowing things down.

We're based in the Portland metro and work with clients across North America. For
teams that benefit from it, we can join on-site for specific moments like planning
sessions, working workshops, or resets. The format follows the work, not the other way
 around.

**04 / TOOLS + OWNERSHIP**

## the stack, the data, the keys.

what we operate inside of, who owns what, and why we don't build black boxes.

**Can you run our existing tech stack, or do we have to switch to yours?**

Most engagements happen inside the client's existing tools. HubSpot,
Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Warmly. On the local demand side, Google Ads, Local Services,
call tracking and the Business Profile. Whatever you already have, we work inside
 it.

If there are gaps, we flag them and propose changes before adding anything. The goal
is cleaner execution and fewer moving parts, not more software.

**Who owns the tools and the data we use together?**

You do. Always.

We run engagements two ways. Option one: on our licenses. You get partner pricing
through SantiXS, we operate the stack. Option two: on your licenses. We stand up the
stack inside your accounts and operate it there.

Either way, the data, the reports, and the access stay with you. Full visibility, no
 lock-in.

Most agencies don't structure deals this way because the lock-in is how they keep
clients. We work the opposite direction. The client should be able to take the operation
 in-house anytime.

**05 / COMMERCIAL**

## pricing, packaging and structure.

how engagements are priced and structured. straight answers, no fishing.

**Do you offer fixed packages or retainers?**

We don't sell off-the-shelf packages. Engagements are scoped around the work
that needs to happen, with clear deliverables and time attached.

Most engagements run in the low five figures for sprints and mid four figures per
month for retainers. The structure follows the constraint, not a preset offering.

the same seven questions, asked of hiring in-house and of a typical agency.

| measure | HIRE IN-HOUSE | SANTIXS | TYPICAL AGENCY |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| time to first pipeline | 3–6 months to hire and ramp | weeks. the system gets built first | weeks, on a template they reuse |
| who does the work | the person you hired | patrick, plus the specialists a job needs, named before they start | whoever is on the roster this quarter |
| who is accountable | you, once they are in the seat | patrick, by name, start to finish | an account manager |
| who owns the stack and the data | you | you, on your licenses or ours at partner pricing | usually them |
| cost shape | fixed: salary, benefits, tools, and your time managing it | variable: a scoped sprint, or a monthly retainer | committed: a retainer on a term you signed |
| when it ends | you restart the search, and the motion leaves in their head | you keep the system, the data and the playbook, documented as it was built | the campaigns stop, and the motion was never yours |
| the wrong call when | the motion does not exist yet, so you cannot know who to hire for it | you need someone permanent in the seat, or you are pre-revenue | you want the motion to stay yours |
